KHAMOUS currently ships within Israel only.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Available delivery options, their costs, and the expected delivery time are shown at checkout before you place your order. Delivery is free on orders of ₪250 or more, provided this offer is available for the selected delivery address and shown at checkout.

We’ll send your order confirmation to the email address provided at checkout. If we become aware of a delay affecting your order, we’ll contact you using the details you provided.

Delivery details

Please check that your delivery address, apartment number, and contact details are correct before placing your order. If you notice a mistake after ordering, email hi@khvmous.com as soon as possible. We’ll try to update the details before dispatch, but changes may not be possible once the parcel has been handed to the delivery provider.

Delivery problems

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or has not arrived by the stated delivery time, email hi@khvmous.com with your order number and the relevant details. We’ll investigate and address the issue in accordance with applicable law and our Returns & Refunds Policy.

This policy does not limit your rights under Israeli law.
