Refund policy

At Khamous, we take great care in the quality of our products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, we offer the possibility to return items within the terms outlined below.
Eligibility
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged condition, with tags attached and in original packaging.
Returns are accepted for all items, including those purchased on promotion or at a discounted price.
Please note: gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at yesplease@khvmous.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid USPS return shipping label. Please print it and attach it securely to the return package.
Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receiving the return label.
Return Fee
A flat $9 return fee will be deducted from your refund. This covers the cost of the prepaid return shipping label provided to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or an error was made with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue promptly and at no cost to you.
