RETURNS

Khamous has a 14-day return policy: you have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund. Items must be sent back in their original condition, and you must first contact our customer service team at yesplease@khvmous.com.

To initiate a return, please email us with the following message:

“I would like to return ___ (number of items) from order _______ (order number).”

You will then receive detailed return instructions by email.

Please note:

• A $9 processing fee will be deducted from your refund to cover labor cost.

• We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive another item, please place a new order after returning your original purchase.
